Not only is Agile Virtual Care more comfortable and convenient for patients than having to drive to a clinic for each appointment, but it’s equally as effective as traditional methods that take place inside of a clinic. In addition, patients still receive a customized treatment plan aimed at addressing specific injuries or conditions.
From start to finish, our licensed providers will walk you through treatment, providing both a roadmap to recovery and heartfelt encouragement along the way. Our patients virtually visit us from many different locations and walks of life, but the one consistent thread among them is the desire to get back to the things they love. Whether it’s returning to work, sports or just your favorite hobbies, an Agile Virtual Care provider can get you on the road to recovery.
Request an appointment by providing your contact info and insurance details, if applicable. Our scheduling team will promptly respond to confirm your details and set up your first visit.
Once your initial appointment is scheduled, we will send you an email. Click on the link in the email to join your virtual care visit from your computer or mobile device. Enter the virtual waiting room within 5 minutes prior to your visit.
Your physical therapist will ask questions related to your medical history and symptoms. They’ll evaluate your mobility to determine the optimum course of care and develop a tailored treatment plan.
Your individualized treatment plan will include exercises, education and strategies to help you recover. You’ll continue to meet with your provider virtually at the recommended frequency and quickly get back to the things you love doing.
Pay With Insurance
Our virtual care services are covered by most major insurance networks. So, your visit may be covered apart from your normal copay and deductible. A member of our team will verify your insurance coverage once you register.

Physical Therapist
DPT, OCS, ART
I love the idea of virtual physical therapy because it offers PT to patients restricted to their home
and allows us to provide a treatment plan that caters to their home environment.
Physical Therapist
PT, DPT, Cert MDT
I became interested in Physical Therapy while recovering from a shoulder surgery in my early 20’s. I knew I wanted to work with people, and I have always been very active.
Physical Therapist
MPT, OCS
I like to think of myself as PT with RANGE. Virtual PT is now an integral part of providing our services. We can be effective in ways that would be otherwise impossible during these times.
Physical Therapist
DPT, OCS, ART
Virtual PT allows patients to receive treatment in settings that they are comfortable in. If a patient has a hard time climbing the stairs in their home, the best way to practice those activities is to use those exact obstacles.

Looking forward to engaging with you as your physical therapist and to help you achieve your goals!
Do I need a doctor’s referral or prescription for my virtual care visit?
Most states allow for direct access to physical therapy. As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance benefits and requirements for your specific state and plan.
How do I set up a virtual physical therapy session?
Request a virtual appointment for physical therapy at AgileVirtualCare.com. Indicate the time that’s convenient for you and how you’d like to be contacted. Next, we’ll send you an email confirming your request and ask that you complete the registration forms so we can learn more about your insurance coverage and what’s bothering you before treatment. You may also call us to schedule your visit.
Immediately before your virtual care session, you will receive an email from your clinician. Within the email, you will find a link to connect you to the active virtual care session. Once connected, remember to share your camera and audio.
How should I prepare for my virtual care visit?
● Prior to your session, your clinician will send you an introduction email with instructions and tips for your first session.
● Set up a comfortable, well-lit space for your session. Good lighting will ensure a quality picture.
● Make sure you’re in a private space with some room to move around. A clear open space will ensure you have free range of motion and that you make the most of your physical therapy session.
● Wear clothes that allow for easy movement without binding or constricting you.
● Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
● Keep your hands free. If you can find a comfortable stand for your phone or laptop or have something to prop it up against, it will free up your hands to take part in the physical therapy session.
Does my insurance cover virtual care appointments?
Laws governing virtual care reimbursement vary in each state. In our experience, most health plans have covered these services however, every insurance company is different. We offer free insurance verification prior to your appointment so you will be aware of any co-pay or deductibles.
What devices will work?
Virtual care video visits will work on most iOS and Android smartphones, tablets, and brands of computers. Just make sure any device you use is updated with the latest version of its operating system.
Can I pay direct?
Yes. An initial visit and assessment are $100 and follow-up visits are $70 per visit.
Can I use my FSA or HSA to pay for services?
You may use your Health Savings or FSA to pay for physical therapy visits. Please check with your FSA or HSA provider to find out if the Agile Stay Well subscription is an eligible expense.
